WHY ARE THE NEW GUEST APPOINTMENTS MORE EXPENSIVE
THAN WHAT I SEE ON THE "SERVICE MENU" PAGE?

90% of the time when a client sees me for the first time, our appointment lasts much longer than a standard returning client's appointment does, and it also requires a lot of extra color. The prices on my "Service Menu" are also A La Carte, meaning a "Full Balayage" does not include the cost of a blowdry or haircut. Each package's price reflects all the services and extra time and product needed to complete those looks PLUS a haircut & blowout+style to ensure your new look comes together perfectly.

HOW MUCH WILL MY MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS COST AFTER THE FIRST APPOINTMENT?

After your first appointment, your maintenance services should be slightly less expensive than your first appointment if you are keeping up with your color. We will go over how much you can expect to pay at maintenance sessions during your consultation. If you plan to go extended amounts of time between your maintenance sessions, please note that your maintenance session may be treated as a New Client appointment again.

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT A HAIRCUT, BLOWDRY, OR A FULL HEAD OF COLOR?

I recommend most new guests to receive a haircut so your new color can look its best. The wrong haircut can negatively impact the results of your color. However, you can let me know at your appointment request if you want to skip the cut. 


If you would rather get a partial color instead of a full, book "The Highlights Refresh" or The Balayage Refresh" for your appointment. You may also email me HERE or submit a Digital Hair Color Consultation  HERE with further details about what you're wanting done. 


The blowdry cannot be skipped as we need to dry the hair to make sure you love your new color before you leave!

I CAN'T FIND ANY AVAILABILITY ON YOUR CALENDAR.  WHAT DO I DO?

My online calendar opens up exactly 45 days in advance. I do not book further out than that, so keep an eye on my calendar to see when new dates open up.

WHY DOESN'T YOUR NEW GUEST PAGE HAVE MORE THAN THREE PACKAGES TO CHOOSE FROM?

While I do other services like root touchups and hair cuts, I am a balayage and extensions specialist, so my services reflect that. I'm not currently accepting stand alone root touchup or haircut appointments, and only do those in conjunction with my specialty services to achieve the look my clients are wanting. If you ever decide to book a balayage or extensions service with me, I would love to work with you! If you need a referral  for any of these other services or have a question about a service you don't see listed, please email me.

DO YOU HAVE ANY AMMONIA FREE HAIR COLOR ALTERNATIVES?

Absolutely! For those that have sensitive scalps or looking to avoid the ammonia fumes in hair color, just ask me in your consultation request. I currently use O&M Cor.Color that is not only Ammonia free but also PPD and Resorcinol free.
